Sports Management Courses and Consultancy
Many clubs in Kenya, especially at the Premier League and nationwide level, are in the process of professionalising their operations. In order to achieve this, the clubs want their sports administrators to grow professionally and get education on the best way for the club to achieve professional standards. KISE provides short Sports Management Courses at very reasonable rates.
Our Instructors have had exposure to top clubs in Europe and have been on short and long term attachments working with these clubs. This has given them first-hand experience on modern football club management and administration techniques.
KISE also offers consultancy services to clubs to enable them set up good structures which allows them to be run professionally. KISE staff is experienced in advising clubs in strategic planning, seeing it through the initial stages of implementation and growing towards self sustainability, by e.g. setting up a strong youth structure or a knowledgeable technical department.
