Kenya Institute of Soccer Education offers consultancy services to Clubs to enable them set up good structures that can enable them to run professionally.
Clubs, especially in the Premier League and Nationwide Leagues need qualifed administrators to lead clubs towards a positive and vibrant direction if at all they are to succeed in sustaining the club.
Mr Peter Serry, from KiSE, is currently hired by Tusker Football Club, the biggest Club in Kenya, to enable it draw up a strategic plan to see it through its initial stages towards self sustainability. and laying of a youth structure and a formidable Technical Department.
