Mambo’s Sundsvall relegated
November 12, 2008
It was a very sad Sunday for Sundsvall FC when they were finally relegated from the Superretan League. To make it even more sad Sundsvall lost a match they had to win to stay back in the league, by an astonishing 6-0 drabbing from Malmo FC.
Sundsvall has nobody to blame but themselves for the relegation. Their performance was not convincing and the players and the coaching staff have to go back to the drawing board and plan a comeback with a good performance in the lower league.
Mambo finished the league though as the top scorer for the club with 6 goals. Even though the league has ended Sundsvall will continue training until the end of November when the players will break for the long December holidays.
