Coaching Seminars
Coaches need refresher seminars and open day coaching clinics from time to time to keep up with and discover new coaching methods. KISE organizes Coaching Seminars periodically, especially when the competitions calendar of the local league is in recess or during mid season breaks.Experts, both local and international, are invited to facilitate these seminars and enlighten the participants on new developments.
During these Coaching Seminars participants are also invited to present their own visions in different aspects of the game. Open and constructive contribution and positive criticism help coaches to discover approaches that they would otherwise not be introduced to, which all contributes to good development of the game.
These Seminars are always short but very intensive, consisting of one, two or three days. Papers prepared by respective coaches are circulated well in advance before the coaches convene for the seminars to allow for proper preparation and constructive discussion.
More information on the KISE Coaching Seminars offered in 2009 on this website by November 1st.
